The most heart-felt prayers a mom can offer are ones that petition God to keep her children close to Him and that remain faithful to their Lord. We do everything we can to ensure our kids continue on in the faith that we have knit together with theirs. The result is a beautiful tapestry that displays the gospel message to anyone who gazes upon it.
According to the Barna Research Group, “about three out of ten young people who grow up with a Christian background stay faithful to church and to faith throughout their transitions from the teen years through their twenties.” This number is deeply concerning for us as parents.
That’s why my daughter and I put this course together. We want to share our tips and ideas on how we are fighting to change this statistic.
In this online course and Bible study there are common themes supported by scripture that will help you cultivate the heart of your daughter. The main video portion in each lesson is intended for you and your daughter to view together. There is also a special video in each lesson geared just towards you, mom. Each lesson also has worksheets for your daughter to complete, helping her engage in deeper Bible study. Each lesson is meant to create deeper relationship and conversation. The questions and topics mentioned in each lesson’s worksheets will encourage meaningful discussion between you and your daughter.
This journey together will deepen your faith, your daughter’s faith and your relationship with each other.
